REDA Separation relies on a worldwide network of agents, authorized dealers and distributors to offer technical consulting and assistance, after-sale services and supply of original spare parts.

We give to our customers a range of after-sales services to ensure:
– Maximization of performances throughout the entire lifecycle of our equipments and machinery.
– Customer proximity wherever he is.
– Technical support from installation and start-up, ordinary maintenance and spare parts management.

Global Presence

Our services include the consulting and technical support during all stages of project development, from the preliminary study to find out the optimal machine for your requirements, on-site installation and start-up of equipment, technical training of your staff, up to the after sale follow-up.

Spare parts produced in-house remain in stock for the entire life cycle of our separators with the aim to guarantee the functionality of our machines over time. As for third-party spare parts, we make every reasonable effort to keep these spare parts in stock for you.
We can handle any request of spare parts with a logistic management through our closest service point or directly from REDA Separation’s main office with international express couriers.
Intralogistics partners of REDA Separators assures short delivery times with shipments online tracking and fast deliveries at any place.
We propose spot customized offers and preventive maintenance Service Packages for all installed machine/equipment. These packages may also include a remote teleassistance service*, programmed to provide technical support in every part of the world.

* if foreseen with customer at moment of sale definition.
Technical documentation such as drawings, layouts, electrical diagrams or instruction books is always available, even in case of loss of the original documentation delivered at the time of purchase.
Training Services promoted by REDA through “tailor made” training courses and held both at the Customer’s factory and at REDA’s premises. Training courses aim is to help Customers to optimize plant performances during production phases, while reducing at the same time plant management costs.
